Doing sport regularly is good for our body. There are a lot of benefits that we can get from doing sport. In Indonesia, it is suggested to do sport about 150 minutes in a week, or as simple we need to do sport 30 minutes every day. We can do sport indoor or outdoor. One of the sport that we can do everywhere is push up. Push is an exercise in which a person lies facing the floor and, keeping their back straight, raises their body by pressing down on their hands.
For your position, that stable core may be a good thing. Push ups may help you improve posture by strengthening your back, shoulders and abs. That’s a good thing, because bad posture can cause you to have pain in your back, headaches and difficulty breathing. Low energy and muscle fatigue can also result in this. This may affect your ability to exercise.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for adults in the U.S. Nevertheless, you can lower your risk by exercising regularly, such as aerobics and strength training. And if you can master the push up, it might also be good for your heart. One study points to a link between push-up capacity and heart health. Over the next 10 years, men who were capable of doing more than 40 push ups had significantly lower risk of having a heart attack compared to those who could only do ten or fewer. It doesn’t surprise me, because strength training promotes heart health.
And last, Push ups are an excellent way to increase muscle strength and tone your upper body muscles. This is for your chest, triceps and shoulders. You’re relying on these muscles in a number of activities, like picking things up or trying to push your shopping cart. Your physical condition may be improved through increased upper body strength, which makes it easier to exercise every day. And it’s going to give you a boost in your athletic performance.
